The error message is FAKE, but needs to be removed.  The message suggests calling Intuit support, but the number does NOT go to Intuit support. The suggested "troubleshooting" step also doesn't work. Please call us at VARC Solutions if you are seeing this popup, and we can manually remove the rogue application and background service that is causing it. 281-412-6914.
