Before joining VARC Solutions, Erin spent more than 15 years in the transportation industry overseeing Management, Accounting, and Human Resources. That experience shaped her into a highly adaptable leader with a deep understanding of business operations, people management, and organizational efficiency.

She leads digital marketing initiatives, manages HR functions, oversees commissions, directs operations, coordinates events, and serves as a key member of the leadership team.
