When you call VARC, the first voice you hear is Nancy Tancredi’s—steady, warm, and ready to help. As the heart of our daily operations, Nancy keeps the office running with a blend of organization, patience, and genuine care. She manages scheduling, billing, and administrative workflows, but what truly defines her role is the way she supports people. Whether she’s coordinating with clients or helping our team stay aligned, Nancy brings clarity, calm, and a thoughtful touch to every interaction.

Nancy’s background in education shaped much of who she is today. After graduating from the University of Houston–Clear Lake, she spent 11 years teaching in her local district, where she learned how to juggle complex needs, communicate with compassion, and create order in busy environments. She still volunteers her time there—service is simply part of her nature.

At VARC, Nancy often acts as the quiet force behind the scenes, turning plans into action and smoothing out the details so others can focus on their work. She has a natural ability to anticipate needs, remove obstacles, and keep everything moving forward. It’s a role that fits her perfectly.

Outside the office, Nancy is first and foremost a mother to three adult daughters—her proudest accomplishment. She brings that same nurturing, steady presence to her work, making her not just a key member of #teamVARC, but someone clients and colleagues genuinely trust.
